Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only for the following cases:
- If the product received is damaged or defective.
- If the wrong product was shipped.
- If the order is cancelled before it has been dispatched.
- If a return request is approved after inspecting the returned item.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized sarees (with fall-pico or custom tassels).
- Unstitched blouses once they have been stitched as per measurements.
- Items on "Clearance Sale" or "Last Chance" promotions.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
